Exhibit 1: Zellwag enlarges it’s product portfolio and shows a compact star wheel monoblock for nose or throat sprays out of the latest generation of our Filling and Capping Machine family Z-110-S.
We are proud introducing to the market our compact pharmaceutical machine to fill and cap nose- or throat sprays. The machine includes on board a rinsing station with 180 turn of vials. The footprint of the machine is minimised but no compromises were made in ergonomy and accessibility for the user.
A further new module is included: the dosing is made by a triple gasket free turn piston in CIP execution. Cleaning (CIP) is made via the buffer tank without de assembling the piston unit. The machine’s output reaches 4500 units / hour.
Exhibit 2: From our linear machine product line using walking beam transport system we show you our Z-100 machine in a complete new design.
Z-100 machine is a multifunctional machine for clean environments (Pharmaceutics, Diagnostics, Cosmetics or Food). The machine fills liquids and/or semi- solids into Vials, Bottles and / or Jars.
Diameters 20 mm – 90mm are worked without format parts by a adjustable walking beam transports. Format change is easy, tool free, reproducible and done within 5 minutes.
The machine can be upgrade with an inline capper.
We show you the servo- motoric turn piston filler maxis as a potential filling system.
The machine is matches the needs of a high- mix low volume filling with frequent product and format change.
