Müller AG Frick and COMEZ Gestioni S.p.a. will combine business activities in the field of knitting and crochet machines, effective as of October 8th 2012.
The brand COMEZ, the COMEZ machine portfolio and the very good COMEZ quality and services will remain unchanged to continuously provide the market with advanced knitting solutions. Due to the combined strengths of Jakob Müller and Comez, they believe to enhance their product portfolio and services to serve the market needs in an excellent way.
COMEZ will operate as of October 8th 2012 under the name COMEZ international s.r.l. as a member of the Jakob Müller Group. Mr.Paolo Banfi will continue to represent COMEZ internationally as the General Manager. Herbert NV has been appointed as agent for this product portfolio as well.
All activities of the Jakob Müller Group, other than crochet and knitting, are not being affected.
