NYSCAN Workflow Management
It is not enough to detect individual defects – it is only the NYSCAN workflow management that guarantees continuous top quality from pre-press to finishing.
– Pre-press
The proofing system Image:Inspector will make sure that all the elements of the original PDF file are part of the print.
– Press
The 100% print image inspection system Web:Inspector will find the defects and document them in the RollMap. As a result, top quality is guaranteed and waste avoided.
– Post-press
The defect management system Roll:Scheduler will position individual defects or areas of waste on the finishing machine for further processing or removal, thus making sure only perfect products are supplied to the customer. Due to pre-selection it is defined which defects are to be positioned or considered as acceptable. As a result, downtime of the machine is reduced to a minimum.
